General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ba99 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its user ("Member" or "you"). By using any ba99 service — whether opening an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing casino games — you automatically consent to be bound by these terms.

ba99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Notice will be posted on the site before any changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

ba99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply alongside these terms. These documents complement one another and members are encouraged to read all of them.

Account Registration and Identity Verification

To open an account with ba99, members must provide accurate and complete information. If false or misleading information is provided, ba99 has the right to terminate the account and withhold any deposited funds.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each member may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be closed.
• The name, mobile number, and payment method details provided at registration must belong to the member themselves.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential. The password must not be shared with anyone.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing a third party to use an account is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ba99 may request necessary documents to verify a member's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Members are required to provide a copy of their National ID card or passport.

2.3 Contact Information

The registered mobile number and email address must be kept active and accurate at all times. ba99 must be informed immediately of any changes to this information. ba99 is not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect contact details.

Age Restriction and Eligibility

All ba99 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Minors are not permitted to open an account or use the service in any way.

Providing false information about age during registration will result in account termination and all transactions will be considered void. ba99 may request a National ID card or birth registration certificate as proof of age at any time.

Furthermore, residents of regions where online betting or casino games are prohibited by law may not use ba99's services. Members are solely responsible for being aware of the local laws applicable in their region.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at ba99 is ৳500. The following methods may be used for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

Funds are added to the account once the deposit is completed. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal funds are generally sent within 1 hour. The withdrawal method will be the same channel used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Receiving third-party payments into a ba99 account or making withdrawals to a third party's name is not permitted. The source and destination of payments must be accounts registered in the member's own name.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit at ba99, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be used — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

Each promotion at ba99 has its own validity period, wagering requirements, and minimum deposit amount. It is mandatory to read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

• A promotion may be claimed once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and real funds are managed separately. Wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in cancellation of all benefits.
• ba99 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If ba99 determines that a member is acting against bonus terms or exploiting the system, ba99 has the right to cancel the bonus and withhold any associated winnings.

Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

All sports bets placed on ba99 are considered final once confirmed. In general, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled after a confirmation message has been received.

6.2 Match Cancellation and Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be declared void and the stake will be returned. The same policy applies if a match is postponed and does not resume within the specified time frame.

6.3 Live Betting

In live or in-play betting, odds change at every moment. The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are final; subsequent changes do not apply.

6.4 Multi Bet

When multiple selections are placed together in a multi bet, all selections must win — if any one of them loses, the entire bet is considered void. The combined odds of a multi bet are the product of the individual selections' odds.

Casino Game Terms

7.1 Game Results

All casino games on ba99 — slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette — are operated through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. Each game result is entirely independent and does not depend on any previous result.

7.2 Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost during a game or a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, the game will resume from the last recorded position in the system. In the event of any technical issue, ba99's decision will be considered final.

7.3 Jackpot

If a jackpot is won, ba99 will release the funds after completing identity verification. ba99 reserves the right to investigate an account in the case of an unusually large win.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ba99. Violation of these terms will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automation software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Abusing or attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Cyber attacks, hacking, or attempts to breach ba99 or its services.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
• Impersonating oneself or another person.

If ba99 detects a prohibited activity, it will suspend the account and conduct an investigation without prior notice. Where applicable, information may be handed over to law enforcement authorities.

Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

9.1 Closure by ba99

ba99 may suspend or close an account at any time due to a breach of terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, or legal reasons. ba99 is not obligated to always disclose the reason for an account closure.

9.2 Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their account voluntarily, they must contact the support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw all eligible funds before the account is closed.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
